Over and above its participation in IT Projects, either as Prime Contractor or as Technology Provider or both, ATKOSoft has undertaken the provision of Consulting Services in the area of innovative Technology implementation.

In such cases, ATKOSoft is responsible for the study of the technological infrastructure and architecture of the system to be implemented and provides consulting services pertaining to the selection of appropriate technologies, etc.

In order to provide an indication of ATKOSoft’s contractual tasks/workpackages undertaken, reference is made to three contractual agreements between ATKOSoft SA and DELTA Informatics Sa, one of the largest Greek IT Companies, with respect to the following projects:

• Integrated system for the operation, monitoring, and administration of a Network of Automated Transaction Points.

• Development of an integrated software environment for the provision of Banking and Finance Services through the use of “Smart Cards”.

• Administration of Financial and Commercial Services by means of Telematic Systems.
