Need |
How aMedlineNET addresses the needs |
|
Possibility to create and operate a
Health Network at minimum administrative cost |
The
aMedLineNET software allows the smooth exchange of information and
cooperation within the Network regardless of the nature or location of
the affiliated organizations. The software gathers in structured way
medical and administrative information on a common point of reference
and allows the homogeneous and structured exchange of information
between entities with different workflows, practices, e.t.c. |
|
Central monitoring and control of all
services provided within the Network |
The
aMedLineNET software allows to the NMO to have, at any moment, a full
picture of provided services by all members of the Health Network. The
system enables the NMO to print statistical reports on all parameters or
in combination of parameters of the Network function, such as provided
services per organization, per doctor, per type of beneficiary, e.t.c.
|
|
Implementation of a central policy and
rules for functioning all over the Health Network |
The
aMedLineNET software fully supports any business model and can be easily
adapted to reflect and enhance the NMO policy in the operations
implemented by all Network members. The Health Network System
Administrator may define and codify parameters of function of the
software in a way that fully reflects NMO policy. In this way, this
policy is implemented by Network organizations every step of the way.
|
|
Automated clearance of NMO payments for
service provision |
The NMO can,
at any time, have a full picture of due payments from service provision
from all or selected network members. The system processes automatically
costs assigned to provided services and allocates the amounts due to
various affiliated organizations as well as these due to the NMO. |
|
Creation of loyalty on the part of
beneficiaries towards the Health Network |
STRONG tie between the beneficiary and the Health
Network due to the continuity of medical history in the aMedLineNET
MHR. The MHR, which is managed by the health network includes all
medical history of the patient and thus "binds" psychologically the
beneficiary with the Health Network - something that is intensified by
the existence if a Health Card. |
|
Security and integrity of medical data
|
The
aMedLineNET system fully supports the
security policy of the Network and protects patient confidential
information. The system allows the definition of access and modification
rights to tabs, fields and partial information to users or groups of
users but also offers the possibility of data encryption either in data
storage or in data transfer. |
