How aMedline
addresses the needs |
|
Facilitation of the
diagnosis and patient monitoring process and increase of probability for
accurate diagnosis and correct treatment especially in ambiguous cases.
|
aMedLine makes immediately available to the doctor all information
necessary for him or her to conduct accurate diagnosis. The application
gives to the doctor access to the MHR that integrates all medical
history of the patient including real medical readings, previous
diagnoses, therapies, e.t.c. Furthermore it offers him or her very
advanced tools for managing all this data - via correlations of data -
which make much easier the task of diagnosis, monitoring and thus,
treatment. Through these tools, the doctor can predefine "monitoring
profiles" that correlate specific sets of data in table, list or graph
format for specific patients, patient types or medical conditions. |
|
Deliverance of the
doctor from paperwork and appliance to present working practice in case
of existence of a doctor assistance |
aMedLine fully supports current working practice whereby the doctor
orders, diagnoses, e.t.c. are recorded by the medical assistant. The
system allows entries to be made by the doctor assistant based on his or
her orders. The doctor may automatically view all pending entries and
sign them electronically at a future moment. |
|
Accurate and fast
implementation of doctor orders from medical and paramedical staff as
well as clinical labs |
Τhe aMedLine
software automates communication between the doctor and clinical labs,
paramedical or nursing personnel, e.t.c. ensuring thus the fast and
correct implementation of the doctor's orders.
The doctor assistant records in the system the doctor orders
accompanied by any comments, special directions, e.t.c. As soon as these
are signed by the doctor, clinical labs and the heads of the paramedical
and nursing departments automatically view these orders along with any
other pending orders from other doctors in the organization, accompanied
by degree of priority. So they can coordinate their tasks accordingly. |
|
Possibility to cooperate smoothly with
affiliated medical specialists in other cities or countries.
|
The system enables doctors to cooperate on the same medical information
with colleagues who may cooperate with the organization but are remotely
located. This cooperation gets automatically integrated in the aMedLine
system and the relevant patient MHRs. |
